number of his name REVEALED?

 

Who is the beast? There are two beasts in Revelation 13; the first beast who is often referred to as the Antichrist  and the 2^nd beast, the false prophet. 

 

“And he (the false prophet), causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the NAME of the (first) beast, or the

NUMBER of his name.

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the NUMBER of the beast: for it is the NUMBER of a man;

and his NUMBER is 666.”

 

How do we count the number of his name? The Bible was written in Hebrew and Greek. John wrote Revelation in Greek. In Greek and Hebrew language there are no “numbers” such as 1,2,3, or 666.

Gematria is the study of the numeric equivalents of Hebrew and Greek letters in order to find hidden meaning in the words. The numeric system does not work in English or in languages other than Greek or Hebrew.  In order to identify the beast, you must calculate the number of a name in Hebrew or Greek to see what it equates to. 

For example: JESUS (IESOUS) in Greek is 888.

We know 666 is the NUMBER of his name, what is the mark of his name?
